Enjoy a unique, memorable and worry-free experience on a York Trolley! Our charters are custom tailored, designed around your needs and ideas. We will gladly use our experience to help you plan the details of your trolley service.
York Trolley Company operates in the Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire areas. Our trolleys can accommodate 30 passengers. The trolleys can be open or closed and heated depending on the weather. A friendly and professional driver knowledgeable of the area will tend to the details and the driving.
Wedding Charter Ideas
Ceremony Shuttle: Trolleys are ideally suited to shuttle the wedding party to the ceremony and reception. Enjoy a scenic ride before arriving at the reception or bring the wedding party to a scenic photo shoot.
Reception Shuttle: A great way to provide your guests with the piece of mind of a convenient and safe ride to and from the reception. This is a great convenience for out of town guests.
Rehearsal Dinner Shuttle: A novel way to bring the wedding party and two families together to the wedding rehearsal and dinner.
Rates
Our rates include gratuity and we do not charge for our travel time to/from charters in the York, Ogunquit and Kittery areas. A modest travel charge applies for charters out of these areas.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday Rates: Two hour minimum at $450 plus $150/hour thereafter for continuous charter time, or split the charter with a 3 hour minimum at $675 plus $150/hour thereafter.
Monday to Thursday Rates: Two hour minimum at $300 plus $100/hour thereafter for continuous charter time, or split the charter with a 3 hour minimum at $450 plus $100/hour thereafter.
Split Charters: If we can leave and come back after your event, you can split the charter time and not be charged for the idle time during the reception, dinner, etc. Split charters have a 3 hour minimum and the time can be split between the 2 parts in any manner that suits your needs. Minimum of 3 hours between the parts.
Reservations
Please call or email us for reservations. Be sure to indicate the date and time of your event. Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. We require a signed contract and $250 deposit to reserve a trolley.
